We tend to adopt phrases like “I’m weak” or “I’m kind”, we identify with them and, we act accordingly.
Also, there are many diverse social roles that we play in our everyday lives (e.g. partner, son, friend, coworker). They change continuously our behaviour so that we fit the expectations and duties that come along.
All these conflicting personalities result in feelings of being lost, depression, anxiety.
So this Friday, we will practice a beautiful meditation to realise who we truly are. The trip will be interesting, fun, but mainly, insightful.
