I am a Women's Empowerment Coach with a multifaceted background in Art History, Business Development, Teaching, and PR. I hold a BA in History, an MA in Art History and have spent over 12 years teaching the subject, while also working as an academic coach. In parallel, I actively worked as a Business Development and PR Consultant in the real estate industry, where I honed my skills in strategy, leadership, and communication. Throughout my career, I have also pursued certifications in Branding, Negotiation Techniques, Conflict Resolution, Transculturalism, and in Writing for Social Media.

In 2021, in the midst of the COVID pandemic, I decided to switch to coaching exclusively online, establishing my own Women’s Empowerment Coaching online business, Expert on Your Life LLC., where I not only lead one-on-one coaching sessions but also design transformative courses that help women develop their empowering skills. Additionally, I manage my blog, "The Rise of She", where I write extensively on women’s empowerment, covering topics related but not limited to women’s empowerment, gender equality and feminism, personal development, women's wellness, empowerment through education, women in tech, etc. 

Drawing from my academic expertise and diverse experiences, I adopt a multidisciplinary approach to coaching, drawing inspiration from women's narratives throughout the History of Art, and finding powerful applications in positive psychology coaching, ontological coaching and co-active coaching techniques, which I combine with mindfulness practices, reflection and self-awareness tools.

I always approach my clients' needs from a culturally informed perspective, taking into consideration issues such as race, ethnicity, sexual identity, LGBTQIA+ identity, religion, nationality, whether they have experienced ageism or ableism etc. My coaching also addresses concerns regarding cultural barriers that might contribute to my client being stuck in a cycle of unhappiness and disempowerment.

Through my practice, I create safe yet empowering spaces, where women are challenged to break through barriers, rediscover their confidence, and boldly shape their future on their own terms. I believe in the power of collective intelligence and collaboration to create a more equitable world.
