I help people pleasers re-write their life scripts so they have happy healthy relationships. I also support those in non-traditional relationships on their journey.

My Discovery and Recovery programme will help you grow in confidence, stand in your power and give you strength to make long-lasting changes. You will learn new skills in communicating feelings, setting boundaries, managing conflict and creating healthy relationship dynamics. You will find work you love.
