I'm not a traditional coach - I have an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a corporate career of over 18 years ranging from Consulting, Strategy Board Advisory, Customer Experience and driving end to end Cultural Transformation. I am a creative leader who enjoys enabling top leaders grow, develop, deliver more whilst living a fulfilling life.

On top of my Corporate Career, I've spent a few years working in Leadership and Development with Egon Zehnder, the leading Executive Search and Development firm in the world. I am certified in a range of psychometric tools and like fully customising my programmes to my clients recognising no two people are the same.
