Have you ever looked at one of those motivational posters or memes about finding happiness/ inspiration/ love, and thought 'That's absolutely right!' and then forgotten it completely at the next setback?
While the words seem to be imbued with wisdom and undeniable truth they just never seem to be the cue for a life changing event or the answer to the challenges you face and one of the main reasons for this is the fact that it wasn't you who came up with them.
But imagine if it had been. How much more credible and powerful would those words be? How much more truth would they contain?
I'm not talking about simply composing your own memes and glancing at them occasionally, I'm talking about uncovering the reasons why certain aspects of your life are challenging and then developing strategies for addressing and overcoming them.
I can't promise that it will be easy. I'm likely to ask some difficult questions and I will hold you to account on the commitments you decide to make but its always done in a friendly and supportive way and ALWAYS in the strictest confidentiality.
Before you go, here is a motivational quote:
"The past cannot be changed. The future is still in your power" Anon
Did that help? If not we should talk. Our first 'recce' session is always free and can be via phone, zoom or in person.
